Shipping policy
WHERE WE SHIP
Home Style Revival currently ships to eligible residential and business street addresses within the United States.
We do not ship Melrose products to Illinois at this time.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military base addresses.
SHIPPING RATES
Standard shipping is $9.95 on orders under $125.
Orders of $125 or more ship free.
Shipping charges are calculated using the order subtotal before any applicable taxes.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders leave our supplier within 2 business days after the order is placed and payment is successfully processed.
Orders ship by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.
Transit time depends on the destination, carrier service, weather and other circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date.
TRACKING
When tracking information becomes available for your order, it will be provided through the order information and shipping notifications associated with your purchase.
MULTIPLE ITEMS
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on how the order is fulfilled. If an order is divided into multiple shipments, the packages may arrive on different days.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery.
Please keep the item and its original packaging while your claim is being reviewed. We may request photographs or other information to help evaluate the issue.
Approved damaged, defective or incorrect-item claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
RETURNS
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Please do not send an item back before your return has been approved. Return instructions will be provided after authorization.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or been shipped.
